Barry is a hands-on Owner & Operator with expertise in real estate, construction, business development, operations, consulting and the senior housing industry. As a leader, manager and team member, Barry is comfortable in any role from the executive boardroom to the construction site. He is known for quality business development, strong relationship building, and substantive community engagement.

As Vice President of Construction Matt oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, with quality and satisfied clients. Matt’s blend of technical expertise, strong leadership, and business acumen is an important part of all Sippican’s Projects.

With over 30 years of varied and nationally recognized leadership experience, Liz has exceeded in sales and business development along multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, real estate construction and development. Her expertise spans from molecule to marketplace, centering on strategic growth and relationship-building that drives projects forward. Liz’s enthusiasm for connecting with people and crafting solutions has earned her a reputation for making things happen, and helping people connect to what matters most in their own professional and residential lives.

Outside of business, Liz is a hopeful and aspiring children’s book author, with a few titles in the works with illustrations. She’s also a loyal advocate for the Squam Lakes & Mountains Region, where she most enjoys time with her family, Sydney and Graham, and any opportunity to be by the water.

Marshall Chapman began his career in woodworking at a young age. The son of a carpenter, Marshall started with Sippican in 2012. Since then, he has been a site lead and carpenter on more than twenty-five projects, including four entries into the New Hampshire Parade of Homes, placing first in 2015 and 2017. He prides himself on attention to detail, from frame to fine finish. Marshall enjoys playing music, rock-climbing and camping with his son.

Over fifteen years of working on construction sites, has brought me down many various paths in the trades industry. I have been involved with many aspects of the build…from sight work, and laying foundations, all the way up to finer finish work.

Nate is the point guard for managing customer service and ensuring solutions to overcome obstacles. Nate’s leadership, empathy and intelligence make every team better. Nate, Kristin and their family of four enjoy summers on Squam Lake and winters in the White Mountains.

After hours, you can find Nate coaching basketball and track, guiding young people to reach their potential.
