Construction Management

Continuous effort, consistent results.

Construction management typically includes complicated tasks that can shift wildly, depending on the work at hand, and it requires strong skills in communication, deep knowledge of the building process, and the ability to problem-solve. We are constantly adapting for the best interests of our clients, our team and the project we are working together on

As Construction Managers, we lead with the quality of the construction while maintaining our client’s schedule and budget objectives. Our management team (on the site and in the office) and process leads all phases of a project from early conceptual development through final construction. We believe our best construction management traits helping us build great projects, teams and relationships are;

Communication skills: One of the most important qualities for our team is transparent, clear, consistent communication – even above hard, technical skills. How well we build and work together with our team. We are constantly learning and listening to understand. Often, there are many successful paths forward, collaborating with the team leads to the best ones.

Accessibility: We are always on the job and available via text, email, phone, in person, whatever the need, large or small, in case of emergency, and quickly able to address typical or unforeseen circumstances; planned or unplanned work. While every day is different in construction management, most hours in any given week are spent making projects tick.

Depth of knowledge: Although every project and every team differ, there are many similarities during the management of the process. Developing our team’s collective knowledge and intelligence for the project we are designing and building together is unique to each project and team.

Trust & Integrity: Without these personal qualities, nothing else truly matters. We strive to be honest, accountable and open in every communication and effort we make. We make our fair share of mistakes, and we work hard to freely own them and learn from them. We have learned a lot from both our failures and successes.
